Claire practises across private law children, domestic abuse, relocation and financial remedy matters. She is a trained Family Law Mediator (Children and Ancillary Relief) and brings a calm, practical approach to resolving family disputes.
She has considerable experience in private law children proceedings, including finding of fact hearings, implacable hostility cases, changes of residence and applications for internal and international relocation.
Claire also represents clients in financial remedies cases, with particular experience in cases involving modest assets, pensions and members of the armed forces.
Claire is known for her supportive and down-to-earth manner, and for helping clients feel listened to and at ease throughout proceedings. Her mediation training also supports her work in cases involving litigants in person and negotiated outcomes.
