Paul practises across business and property, employment, insolvency and sports-related disputes. He is a Civil Mediation Council (CMC) Registered Mediator and is able to assist in a wide range of disputes, from smaller matters to complex commercial cases.

His business and property practice has a strong emphasis on commercial litigation, including civil fraud, company disputes, shareholder and partnership claims, injunctions, property disputes, trusts and landlord and tenant matters.

Paul also acts for both claimants and respondents in employment cases, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and TUPE claims, and advises in insolvency matters for both creditors and debtors.

Paul also has experience in sports-related disputes and disciplinary matters and is a member of the FA’s National Serious Case Panel. He is known for a pragmatic and flexible approach, both in practice and in mediation.
