Matthew Crowe

Matthew specialises in the resolution of business and property disputes. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and is available to accept appointments as an arbitrator in domestic and international business and property disputes. He is also a Civil Mediation Council Registered Mediator.

His practice covers a broad range of business and property work, including commercial litigation, chancery, real property, trusts, landlord and tenant matters, contentious probate, insolvency and restructuring, construction and engineering, and related regulatory and public law matters. He acts for businesses, companies, public bodies and private individuals across the country.

Matthew sits as a Recorder and a Deputy District Judge (civil) and is authorised for business and property work. He has also served for many years on the Attorney General’s Civil Panel of Junior Counsel and is currently on the Regional B Panel.
