Nicola Bowker

Nicola practises in all areas of family law and is an ADR Group Accredited Civil & Commercial Mediator. Her family practice covers both private and public law children work, alongside injunctive relief proceedings under Part IV of the Family Law Act 1996.

She is regularly instructed in private law children cases at all stages, including matters involving domestic abuse, parental alienation, mental health, internal relocation, international relocation and jurisdictional issues.

Nicola also represents local authorities, parents and children in public law proceedings, including multi-day final hearings, and has experience of acting for vulnerable adults and clients requiring intermediary support.

Nicola is known for her practical, pragmatic advice and her approachable manner with both lay and professional clients.
