Morgan practises across commercial, employment and matrimonial finance disputes. He is an ADR Group Accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator and is instructed as a mediator as well as counsel in the areas he covers.

His commercial and chancery work includes contractual disputes, construction disputes, professional negligence, insolvency, landlord and tenant disputes, partnership disputes, data protection, restrictive covenants and inheritance-related claims.

Morgan is also regularly instructed in TOLATA claims and financial remedies matters, particularly those involving trusts, company assets and high-value individuals.

In employment law, Morgan acts for both claimants and respondents in a wide range of matters, including discrimination, whistleblowing, TUPE, unfair dismissal and restraint of trade. He also conducts internal investigations, including in cases involving allegations of gross misconduct.

Morgan regularly appears in the High Court, County Court and Employment Tribunal. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2022.
