Nigel is a trained mediator available to conduct mediations throughout the UK. He has extensive experience both as mediator and as representative for parties.

Alongside his mediation work, Nigel has a broad commercial disputes practice developed over more than 25 years. His experience includes commercial litigation, professional negligence, contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, insolvency, injunctions, construction, insurance, consumer matters and commercial fraud.

Nigel also has substantial chancery experience, including agriculture and farm businesses, landlord and tenant, trusts, wills and probate disputes, boundaries, easements and title issues.

Nigel also advises and represents professionals on regulatory compliance, discipline, sanction and professional indemnity matters, and has experience in public and administrative law, including judicial review.
